What to email us about

Write to us when a fee, a country status, a promo-code rule, or a step in one of our guides looks wrong or out of date. Include the page URL and, where possible, the official RedotPay page that contradicts us. Corrections of this kind are the most useful message we receive, and they are the fastest way to improve the guide for everyone.

We also read messages about broken pages, translation mistakes in our French, Arabic, Bengali, Hindi, Japanese, Urdu, or Portuguese guides, and questions about how we research and date our content.

What we cannot do

We have no access to RedotPay systems. We cannot check the status of your account or card, complete or appeal identity verification, reverse or refund a payment, release funds, change a delivery address, or confirm whether a specific merchant will accept your card. We also cannot guarantee that a country remains supported or that a promotion is still running: the RedotPay app is the only authority on the final price and on your eligibility.

For anything account-specific, use official RedotPay support inside the app or the official Help Center. Contacting an independent guide first only delays the answer.

Never send these details

Do not send your RedotPay password, one-time verification codes, identity documents, selfies, full card numbers, CVV, or wallet seed phrases — to us or to anyone who contacts you claiming to represent this site. We will never ask for them, and we will never message you first asking you to move funds, install software, or confirm a code.

Response expectations

This site is run by a small independent editorial team, not a support desk. We read messages sent to the address above and aim to reply to correction reports, but we cannot promise a response time and we do not offer one-to-one account help. Messages that ask us to act on an account will be answered with a pointer to official support.
