When to use the code
First create your account and complete identity verification. Add enough funds, open Card in the app, choose virtual or physical, and enter the matching promo code during the application flow.
Do not confuse a card promo code with a referral or invitation code. RedotPay's official Help Center says referral codes belong to the registration step.
Check before paying
RedotPay currently lists a one-time 10 USD virtual-card issuance fee and a 100 USD physical-card issuance fee. Fees, eligibility, and partner offers can change.
The app price controls.Only pay after the expected discount appears in the final amount. Do not assume a discount was applied merely because a code was entered.
