Start at the subscription checkout
Confirm the exact service and plan, account country, accepted card types, billing currency and whether recurring payments are required. A paid API account and a consumer subscription can have different billing arrangements. Follow the service’s own current help page; do not use an invented address or location.
Compare the funding route as well as the card
MVola describes an international Visa debit card funded from its wallet. BNI lists international bank cards. Ask each issuer whether your specific card supports the intended recurring payment. For RedotPay, first resolve account eligibility and applicable local rules. A card network logo is not a merchant-specific acceptance test.
Do not turn general acceptance claims into a guarantee
RedotPay’s current English merchant-use page says individual merchants may set their own restrictions. An older article reached through a different URL/language contains different merchant examples. Neither is a successful test of your exact service, card and billing account today. Ask the service and issuer if the checkout remains unclear before spending money just to try another card.
If the first charge fails
Check the app and merchant for the exact error, time, currency and transaction status. A pending amount needs different handling from a payment with no recorded transaction. Avoid repeated attempts until you understand the result. A trial or successful initial authorization does not prove that later renewals will succeed.
Renewals and cancellation
Record the renewal date, currency and cancellation method before subscribing. Cancel with the merchant that manages the subscription; the card provider cannot cancel it for you. Keep confirmation of cancellation, and distinguish a refund request from stopping the next renewal.

Frequently asked questions
Is any AI service confirmed to work in this guide?
No. There is no independent merchant-specific payment test recorded here.
Will replacing a local card with RedotPay solve every decline?
No. The problem may involve the merchant, country, authentication or recurring-payment rules.
Does deleting or blocking a card cancel the subscription?
Do not rely on that. Cancel the subscription directly with the merchant.
