Check whether the installed eSIM supports another top-up

RedotPay says top-up availability depends on the eSIM. Open More → eSIM → Order, choose the installed eSIM and see whether the app offers Top up. Some eSIMs do not support a refill, and some support it only during a specific period. If no top-up option appears, check the plan details and the current app guidance; the source says to buy a new eSIM when the plan cannot be topped up.

The app shows only plans compatible with the existing eSIM and the same destination or region. Compare the destination and plan details shown for that eSIM instead of assuming that any travel plan can be attached to it. The available options are account- and plan-specific; this guide does not promise that every eSIM has a refill option.

Understand Active, Queued and Used before ordering again

If you buy a top-up before using all the data in a standard plan, RedotPay says it may be queued and begin after the remaining data is used. The eSIM guide also says only one top-up can be queued at a time. Check the selected eSIM or eSIM → Order → History to see whether a plan is Active, Queued or Used before starting another purchase.

An active unlimited plan can show Buy more data instead of Top up. RedotPay says to wait until that unlimited plan expires before topping it up. A missing button can therefore reflect the plan's current state or top-up support; it is not, by itself, evidence that the prior order failed.

If the order is still processing, do not duplicate the payment

RedotPay says an eSIM is normally issued within a few seconds to a few minutes, and its top-up guide says top-ups usually complete within a few minutes. Check the order under eSIM → Order or History. While the order is processing, do not make another payment for the same top-up; the current help guide says to contact Support with the order ID if it remains processing.

When a top-up completes, the plan details update under the eSIM. RedotPay says you do not need to reinstall the eSIM or scan another QR code for a completed top-up. Keep the order ID and status for Support, and follow the steps in the order details if the plan still does not appear correctly.

Separate a top-up problem from a connection problem

A queued or processing order is a purchase-status question. If the order is complete but data does not connect after you arrive, RedotPay's setup guide says to turn on data roaming and set the phone's cellular-data line to the newly installed eSIM. Check the plan and order details, then follow the connection steps provided there if the issue continues.

Travel eSIMs are data-only: RedotPay says they do not include a phone number for traditional calls or SMS. A data top-up therefore does not add a number or make the eSIM receive text verification codes. Keep your usual number available through its own SIM or supported service if you need calls or SMS.

Card-order codes are not eSIM or data-plan discounts

SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order and DZ100 is for an eligible physical-card order. Enter the matching code in the promo field at card checkout only when that card and field are offered to your account. Check current issuance and delivery restrictions, eligibility and the final app total before paying. The operator reported card-code usability on October 27, 2026; this publisher did not run a new checkout test. These codes do not discount eSIMs, mobile top-ups, data plans or carrier service. See the card-order code conditions.

Frequently asked questions

Why can’t I see Top up for my RedotPay eSIM?

The plan may not support top-ups, its top-up period may have ended, or an active unlimited plan may require you to wait until expiry. Check the selected eSIM and current app details; available options depend on that plan.

When does an eSIM top-up start if it is queued?

RedotPay says a top-up bought before the remaining data in a standard plan is used may be queued until that data runs out. Check the eSIM or order history for its Active, Queued or Used status.

Should I pay again while an eSIM top-up is processing?

No. Check the order or history first and do not duplicate a payment while it is processing. If it remains processing, contact Support with the order ID.

Do I need to reinstall my eSIM after a successful top-up?

RedotPay says completed top-ups update the plan details and do not require reinstalling the eSIM or scanning another QR code.

Can SAVE2 or DZ100 pay for an eSIM top-up?

No. SAVE2 applies only to eligible virtual-card orders and DZ100 only to eligible physical-card orders in the matching card-checkout promo field, subject to current conditions. They are not eSIM, data-plan or carrier discounts.
