Issuance, and the older checkout display

Card issuance from RedotPay’s global fee table on 7 October 2026. Discounted totals are the 16 September 2026 checkout, checked again as a discount display on 26 September 2026, not a Bangladesh price taken on 7 October.

Historical order-field amounts

In the checkout recorded on 16 September 2026, SAVE2 was the virtual-card issuer order field and DZ100 was the physical-card issuer order field. Those fields are not the registration referral field. That record showed 8.00 USD and 80.00 USD. The discount display was checked again on 26 September 2026. On 7 October 2026 the site operator found both codes still usable, and that check recorded no new amount. The 8.00 USD and 80.00 USD figures are the 16 September record. They are not a Bangladesh price, and they are not permission to order a card or to obtain virtual assets. FE Circular No. 24 still does not permit that activity in, from, or to Bangladesh.

Spending, ATM, declines, and postage

Other lines on the same global fee table. A 1.00% conversion fee is one layer, not the whole cost of a payment, and not a Bangladesh rate.

This snapshot is the global table as read on 7 October 2026. BIN, card currency, and later edits of the official table come ahead of it. It is not an order screen and not a Bangladesh price.

The funding rule is not a fee line

None of the rows above is a price for buying crypto with taka. FE Circular No. 24 does not permit obtaining virtual assets in, from, or to Bangladesh, or facilitating that. A recorded discount is not a permitted funding path. This page does not describe a bKash, P2P, deposit, or card-purchase route around the circular. Background is on the Bangladesh guide.

A bank card path is a different price list

Eastern Bank Limited’s Citizen Charter of 16 April 2026 requires the original passport and an EBL card for card endorsement, plus the related account and documents. Freelancer-account and SWIFT materials are published separately. A complete file is not an approval, and the charter’s timetable is not a delivery promise.

That charter is how one Bangladesh bank describes its own card and transfer paperwork. It is not a RedotPay fee, and it is not a euro receiving account. An older EBL travel-card page is no longer available, so this guide does not copy limit or price claims from search snippets of it.

Costs this table does not know

bKash cash-out, a P2P spread, a Payoneer fee, and a merchant’s own decline are not on RedotPay’s fee page. RedotPay does not publish a bKash integration. The card article’s ban on sending fiat through wallets such as bKash is not a published price for those wallets, and it is not proof that every RedotPay deposit feature is closed. A question about a Bangladesh merchant charge, including a student software subscription, is not a measured result.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a RedotPay virtual card cost in Bangladesh?

The global fee table lists virtual issuance at 10.00 USD. The checkout recorded on 16 September 2026 showed 8.00 USD on the SAVE2 order field, and the discount display was checked again on 26 September 2026. On 7 October 2026 the site operator found SAVE2 still usable, with no new amount. 8.00 USD is that earlier record, not a price measured on 7 October and not permission to obtain virtual assets. FE Circular No. 24 does not permit that activity in, from, or to Bangladesh.

How much does a RedotPay physical card cost in Bangladesh?

The global fee table lists physical issuance at 100.00 USD. The checkout recorded on 16 September 2026 showed 80.00 USD on the DZ100 order field. On 7 October 2026 the site operator found DZ100 still usable, with no new amount. 80.00 USD is that earlier record, not a Bangladesh price and not a permitted order. Standard mail is waived on the table; DHL Express is calculated for the address and is not a Bangladesh delivery promise.

Is the 1.00% fee the whole cost of a payment?

No. The 1.00% line is the cryptocurrency conversion fee. A non-default currency adds 1.20%. Default-currency transaction fees are waived, and account maintenance is waived. Declines after the monthly free count, small authorizations, ATM charges, and costs outside RedotPay are separate.

Does a free deposit row mean I can fund the card from bKash?

No. The HKD and USD BIN deposit rows are marked free on RedotPay’s global table. That does not price a third party, a network, or an FX step, and it is not a bKash integration. Bangladesh Bank FE Circular No. 24 does not permit obtaining virtual assets in, from, or to Bangladesh.

What does RedotPay charge at an ATM?

On a USD card the table shows 2% when withdrawals that month are at or under 10,000 USD, and 3% above that. The HKD card line is 2%. A local ATM can add its own fee. Those percentages are not a Bangladesh cash-out rate.
