On 26 September the discount was visible again, and no new amount was recorded. On 7 October the site operator reported that SAVE2 and DZ100 were still usable. That report has no new checkout amount and no new screenshot. Eligibility and the final figure stay with the app. Physical delivery to Egypt stays blocked even if a code exists. The fee table's waived standard-mail line does not reopen that delivery block, and DHL Express still varies by country.
Which fee applies to which step
- Account maintenance, monthly or yearly, is waived on the table.
- A transaction in the card's default currency is waived. That waiver is not a zero fee on every other step.
- A non-default currency transaction is 1.20%.
- The 1.00% line is the cryptocurrency conversion fee. It is not the merchant's price, and it is not charged on every card transaction.
- USD-card ATM: 2% when that month's withdrawals do not exceed 10,000 USD, and 3% when they do. An HKD card's ATM line is 2%. Do not copy the USD tiers onto every card. The ATM operator's own charge was not in this image.
- The table lists the deposit fee as free for the HKD and USD BIN. Network, third-party, and exchange costs are not therefore free.

Is 1.00% charged on every purchase?
No. On the 7 October table, 1.00% is the cryptocurrency conversion fee. A default-currency transaction is waived. A non-default currency transaction is 1.20%. The merchant's own price is separate.
What is the ATM fee?
For a USD card, 2% when that month's withdrawals do not exceed 10,000 USD, and 3% when they exceed it. An HKD card is 2%. Those lines are not a single rate for every card, and they do not include the ATM operator's own fee.
