The Help Center article Card Delivery Restrictions lists destination countries/regions where physical cards cannot be delivered. In the August 21, 2026 review, that list includes the country name Tunisia (alongside other restricted destinations such as Morocco, Egypt, and India). Treat physical shipping to a Tunisian address as unavailable unless the app later shows otherwise.

Domestic Tunisian e-commerce still often uses cash on delivery; postal e-Dinar / D17 and local gateways cover many in-country payments. Those tools remain useful for local TND life—this page does not attack them.
