Match the exact model, not just the product family

Open RedotPay's current eSIM compatibility guide and compare the full model and variant shown in your device settings or purchase records. A product family can include models with different eSIM support. RedotPay marks some entries with an asterisk because region- or carrier-specific limits may apply.

The official list describes itself as a general guide: support may depend on the region and carrier from which the device was bought, and a listed model may still be unsupported in some markets. If your exact version is unclear, ask the device manufacturer or carrier to confirm eSIM support before setup. This page does not independently test individual phones or tablets.

Check market-specific exceptions and cellular models

RedotPay lists market exceptions for several model families, including some iPhones and Samsung devices. It also distinguishes region-specific variants in the Pixel, Huawei, Sony and other lists. Do not rely on a generic statement such as “this model supports eSIM” without checking the exact market version against the current official list.

For tablets, the list specifies Wi-Fi + Cellular models. For Windows 10 devices, it says the laptop must be LTE-ready and run Windows 10 version 1703 or later. These are device-level checks; they do not establish that a particular RedotPay plan or destination is available.

Separate device support from destination and plan availability

A compatible device is only one part of setup. RedotPay says to browse available countries or regions in the app under More → eSIM; single-country, regional and global plan options depend on the destination. Review the plan's data allowance and duration before confirming payment. The options and fees shown at checkout are the current information for that order.

RedotPay recommends installing the eSIM at the destination on stable Wi-Fi. Once you arrive, its setup guide says to enable data roaming and set the phone's cellular-data line to the installed eSIM. For a separate issue with an already installed eSIM, see the top-up and status guide only if the question is about adding data or a queued order.

Card-order promo codes do not change eSIM compatibility or price

SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order and DZ100 is for an eligible physical-card order. Enter the matching code in the promo field at card checkout only when that card and field are offered to your account, and check current eligibility and the final app total. The operator reported card-code usability on October 27, 2026; this publisher did not run a new checkout test. The codes do not add eSIM support to a device or discount an eSIM plan. See the card-order code conditions.

Frequently asked questions

Does every phone listed by RedotPay support eSIM in every country?

No. RedotPay describes its compatibility list as a general guide and says support may vary by device market or carrier. Check the exact variant and confirm uncertain models with the manufacturer or carrier.

Is a Wi-Fi-only iPad compatible with RedotPay eSIM?

RedotPay’s device guide specifies Wi-Fi + Cellular iPad models. Check the exact tablet model and current official list; this publisher did not test a device.

Does a compatible phone mean my destination has a RedotPay eSIM plan?

No. Device compatibility and destination coverage are separate. RedotPay says to check currently available countries, regions and plans under More → eSIM in the app.

Can SAVE2 or DZ100 make an unsupported device work with eSIM?

No. SAVE2 applies only to eligible virtual-card orders and DZ100 only to eligible physical-card orders in the matching card-checkout promo field, subject to current conditions. Neither changes device compatibility or discounts eSIM plans.
