Set the reminder amount in Payment settings

Start from Profile and open Payment settings, then Low balance alert. Enable the control, enter the amount you want to use for the reminder and save it. Keep the alert setting separate from the card-specific controls under Card.

The cited article does not publish a universal minimum threshold, a currency-conversion formula or an exact delivery time. Use the options and units shown in your own app. This publisher has not enabled the feature or tested notification delivery on an account.

Choose a threshold using your actual upcoming payments

As a planning checklist, look at payments you already expect and leave room for applicable fees rather than using only a merchant sticker price. The official decline-prevention guide says the balance must cover the payment and relevant fees. It does not give one buffer that suits every cardholder.

A reminder amount is not a reserved balance. If another payment occurs after you checked, you still need to inspect the actual available funds before the next purchase or renewal. This guide supplies no automatic-funding instruction or guaranteed renewal outcome.

Understand what a notification does

The documented channels are an app notification and an email reminder when the balance goes below the amount you set. An alert tells you to review funds; it is not a receipt for a deposit, a successful payment or a completed conversion.

If you do not see an expected reminder, first check that the control and threshold are saved and inspect the account directly through the official app. The source does not specify notification latency or a universal troubleshooting bypass. Do not send account screenshots or verification codes to an unknown helper.

Separate an alert from a spending limit or failed payment

A card spending limit is a different control. Raising an alert threshold does not document a change to a transaction cap, card status or currency permission. If payment fails, use the decline checklist rather than treating a reminder as approval.

Recurring merchant billing also requires its own attention. Review subscriptions you actually use and cancel unwanted ones with the service; an alert does not end a merchant agreement.

Codes do not replenish the balance

SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order; DZ100 is for an eligible physical-card order. Enter the matching code in the promo-code field at card checkout only when that card and field are offered to your account. Check current issuance restrictions, physical delivery where relevant and the final app total before paying. The operator reported these codes usable on October 27, 2026; this publisher has not performed a fresh checkout-price test. Read the card-order conditions.

SAVE2 and DZ100 do not add funds, set a reminder, waive deposit or transfer fees, or discount a subscription renewal. They are card-order codes only.

Frequently asked questions

Where does RedotPay send low-balance reminders?

Its guide describes an app notification and an email when the balance drops below the amount you set; it does not publish a universal delivery deadline.

Does the alert automatically add money or raise my card limit?

The source describes a reminder, not automatic funding. Card spending limits are a separate setting.

Can SAVE2 or DZ100 top up my balance?

No. They apply to eligible matching virtual/physical card orders in the card-checkout promo field, subject to current conditions; they do not add funds or reduce deposit fees.
