Set and save the custom order
The official route starts from the profile icon at the top left of the app. Continue through Payment settings → Payment priority → Balance. Turn on Custom priority, hold the currency you want to move, drag it to the first position and tap Save.
Identify the asset you intend to use before changing the list. This publisher has not operated an account or tested a payment. If your screen differs, follow current in-app instructions or official support rather than a screenshot from an unrelated app.
Check the chosen balance, not only the total estimate
The official checkout troubleshooting guide tells you to select a currency that actually has a balance. It also describes the home-screen USD total as an estimate and says to allow for the payment fee. A displayed total is therefore not enough evidence that the particular balance you selected covers checkout.
Record which asset you intended to use before seeking support. Do not add funds solely because a transaction failed without first identifying the actual balance or setting involved. See the general decline checklist for other causes.
Keep currency priority separate from card permission
Priority is not the same control as allowing a card to settle a currency. The official security guide lists Cards → Settings → Security settings → Set transaction currencies separately and says a disabled currency cannot settle. Review the relevant card as well as the priority menu.
The cited priority article does not document every fallback or balance-splitting scenario. This guide cannot promise which combination of assets a particular payment will consume. Check the current app result and final transaction record; do not infer a guaranteed conversion rate or fee exemption from an order change.
Where card-order codes apply
SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order; DZ100 is for an eligible physical-card order. Enter the matching code in the promo-code field at card checkout only when that card and field are offered to your account. Check current issuance restrictions, physical delivery where relevant and the final app total before paying. These codes do not change payment priority, add balance, remove merchant restrictions or discount a purchase made with the card. The operator reported the codes usable on October 27, 2026; this publisher did not perform a fresh checkout-price test. Read the card-order conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Does moving a currency to the top add money?
No. It changes the documented preference setting; check that the chosen currency has sufficient balance.
Is payment priority the same as enabling transaction currencies?
No. The security guide documents card transaction-currency permissions separately. A disabled settlement currency can still prevent payment.
Does SAVE2 or DZ100 change these settings or resolve this issue?
No. SAVE2 and DZ100 are matching eligible virtual/physical card-order codes entered at card checkout, subject to current conditions. They do not change payment priority, add balance or guarantee a payment outcome.
