Which problem are you actually seeing?

Use the point where checkout stops to describe the problem. A missing verification prompt, a prompt that cannot be completed, and a declined payment after verification are different observations. Do not assume every decline is a 3DS error. Note the merchant, time, currency and exact message before trying to diagnose it.

This checklist helps describe a problem; it is not a tested merchant acceptance guarantee or a way to bypass authentication.

Can I force 3DS or skip it?

RedotPay describes 3DS as an extra identity check such as a verification code or app approval. Its Help Center does not document a user control to force or disable it for a purchase. Ask the merchant about its checkout verification if that stage is failing. Never give a verification code to a coupon publisher or someone offering to complete the check for you.

What if verification finishes but the payment still fails?

Check the separate card controls in the app. The official security guide lists online-payment controls, individual-card limits and allowed transaction currencies. A disabled currency or unsuitable card setting is a different issue from whether the merchant requested 3DS. Inspect the relevant setting without turning off security controls indiscriminately.

Our card-decline guide covers the broader checks. If the app shows a pending transaction or a balance deduction, use the transaction-status guide rather than assuming authentication failure means no transaction exists.

What to send to support

For a verification-stage failure, give the merchant the checkout error and its order reference. For an account/card message, use official RedotPay in-app support. A concise timeline makes the distinction clearer: whether a prompt appeared, whether it completed, and what happened next. Keep passwords, full card details and verification codes out of public screenshots.

Where SAVE2 and DZ100 actually apply

SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order; DZ100 is for an eligible physical-card order. Enter the matching code at card checkout only if the app offers that card and promo field to your account. Check issuance restrictions, physical delivery where relevant, and the final app total before paying. Our operator reported the card codes usable on October 27, 2026; no new checkout amount or transaction test by this publisher is claimed. These codes are for card issuance, not 3DS activation or discounts on merchant payments. A card-order discount does not determine whether a merchant accepts a payment. Do not buy another card merely to troubleshoot an existing one. Read the card-code conditions.

Frequently asked questions

Can I enable 3DS in RedotPay settings?

Official guidance says the merchant determines whether checkout uses 3DS; it does not document a user switch to force it.

Does passing 3DS guarantee payment acceptance?

No acceptance guarantee is established by the source. Authentication and the eventual payment result are different stages.

Can SAVE2 solve a 3DS error?

No documented fix connects a card-order promo code with merchant verification. SAVE2 and DZ100 apply only to matching eligible card orders at card checkout.
