Separate card entry from purchase approval
RedotPay documents two ways to enter a card: during shopping-cart checkout after the shipping address, or under Account → Payment → Add card → Save. These are entry paths; neither is a way to bypass a review. Enter details only in the genuine merchant checkout or app, not in a message from someone offering to fix a payment.
Note whether the problem occurred while saving the card or while paying for a specific order. Keep the order reference, error wording, amount and currency. This practical record helps support distinguish the two stages without collecting your full card details here.
Use existing evidence before making more purchases
The official troubleshooting article suggests waiting briefly, checking whether the card works elsewhere, and contacting AliExpress. It gives no fixed waiting period. Existing recent successful transactions can be useful context; this guide does not require buying something else merely as a test.
Success elsewhere makes a merchant-specific issue plausible, but does not guarantee this order will clear. Conversely, a failure on several sites needs the broader card-decline checklist. Keep the two investigations distinct rather than changing many settings or creating repeated orders at once.
Ask the right support team
For an AliExpress review, contact AliExpress through its official app or website and explain the affected order and message. RedotPay directs users to submit any requested documents directly to AliExpress. Do not send identity documents, card credentials or verification codes to this independent publisher.
If the app shows a wider card restriction, use official RedotPay support as well. Neither this guide nor a card-order promotion can clear a merchant review. We have not placed an AliExpress order or tested an account, and no approval time or outcome is promised.
Check any recorded payment before another attempt
If RedotPay shows an entry for the attempt, inspect its actual status before assuming the failed checkout moved no funds. Our transaction-status guide explains the labels. A merchant error, a pending authorization and a completed refund are different observations; retain the relevant references for the official support process.
Card-order codes are separate from AliExpress checkout
SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order; DZ100 is for an eligible physical-card order. Enter the matching code in the promo-code field at card checkout only when that card and field are offered to your account. Check current issuance restrictions, physical delivery where relevant and the final app total before paying. The operator reported these codes usable on October 27, 2026; this publisher has not performed a fresh checkout-price test. Read the card-order conditions.
SAVE2 and DZ100 do not discount AliExpress goods, remove a review or guarantee merchant acceptance. Do not order another card solely to resolve an existing checkout failure.
Frequently asked questions
Does a saved card guarantee an AliExpress order will pass?
No. Card entry and approval of a particular purchase are different stages; merchant security checks can still apply.
How long should I wait before trying again?
The official article suggests a short wait but gives no universal duration. Follow the actual order message and official support rather than rapid repeat attempts.
Is SAVE2 an AliExpress shopping discount?
No. SAVE2 is for eligible virtual-card issuance checkout; DZ100 is for eligible physical-card orders. Neither clears a merchant review or discounts goods.
