Choose the intended card and save the setting
The official currency guide places this control under Card, then Settings and Security settings. It applies to one card at a time. If you have more than one card, check each intended card separately; changing one is not evidence that every card now has the same permissions.
Review the displayed options and tap Save after choosing them. The security overview says supported currencies start enabled. Turning an option off is a deliberate restriction, not a way to improve the exchange rate. This publisher has not changed or tested an account setting.
Match the checkout currency to the card permission
As a practical check, note the currency the merchant presents for payment and compare it with the intended card setting. A price shown for browsing and the amount/currency submitted at checkout may need separate confirmation with that merchant. This guide does not infer a merchant transaction currency from your location alone.
If a currency is disabled, the security guide says a payment in it cannot be settled and will be declined. Enabling it removes that particular restriction; it does not establish that balance, limits, card status or merchant checks will also pass.
Keep permissions separate from funding priority
For funding order, RedotPay publishes Profile → Payment settings → Payment priority → Balance and Custom priority. Use our payment-currency-order guide for that distinct task. Moving an asset higher in that list does not document a change to a card currency permission.
For example, when a card has a transaction currency disabled, reordering balances is not the documented control for allowing that currency. Identify which setting is involved before making changes. Neither source promises an exchange rate, fee waiver, universal fallback or a split across several balances.
If payment still fails
Record the currency, which card was selected, and the exact message. Then use the broader decline checklist for card status, transaction type, limits and merchant acceptance. Keep private account details in the official support process. Do not repeatedly submit the same payment to prove a setting worked.
Codes belong to card orders
SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order; DZ100 is for an eligible physical-card order. Enter the matching code in the promo-code field at card checkout only when that card and field are offered to your account. Check current issuance restrictions, physical delivery where relevant and the final app total before paying. The operator reported these codes usable on October 27, 2026; this publisher has not performed a fresh checkout-price test. Read the card-order conditions.
These codes do not enable transaction currencies, change conversion rates, waive merchant payment fees or override a card restriction.
Frequently asked questions
Does this setting apply to all my cards?
The official guide says it is per card. Review each intended card separately and save the setting.
Is Set transaction currencies the same as Payment priority?
No. The first controls allowed card payment currencies; Payment priority is a separate balance-order setting.
Will SAVE2 or DZ100 enable a disabled currency?
No. They apply only to eligible matching virtual/physical card orders at card checkout, subject to current conditions; they do not change payment permissions.
