Use the app to check your funds
An ATM balance inquiry is not a reliable reading of your RedotPay account balance. The official explanation identifies a display limitation. Check your funds in the app before deciding that a zero on the machine means your money disappeared.
Keep the two observations separate: what the machine displays and what your account actually shows. This website cannot inspect your account or confirm your balance. If the app also shows an unexpected balance, that is a different issue to raise through official support.
Check the physical card and ATM setting
The documented cash-withdrawal flow uses a physical RedotPay card. Open Card, then Settings and Security settings, and check ATM Withdrawals. The official guide also requires enough crypto in the account to cover the withdrawal.
Check the setting on the card you intend to use. This checklist does not establish that a particular machine will accept it, or that every account is eligible for the physical card.
Automatic conversion is different from a free withdrawal
The official conversion guide says you do not need to convert crypto to cash beforehand: conversion takes place as part of the physical-card withdrawal. It does not describe that conversion as free.
Review the current card-specific costs and limits in your app. Our fees and limits guide distinguishes withdrawal, currency and conversion charges; it is a separate cost reference, not proof of the total your next withdrawal will incur. A zero balance inquiry should not be interpreted as a price quote.
A balance inquiry is different from missing cash
A zero shown during a balance check is not the same event as attempting a withdrawal, receiving no cash and seeing a deduction. If money appears deducted, keep the withdrawal record and check its actual status before describing it as a completed loss. Our transaction-status guide explains the terminology; do not use general merchant timing as a guaranteed ATM refund deadline.
Where the physical-card promo code fits
DZ100 is for an eligible physical-card order; SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order. Enter the matching code in the promo-code field at card checkout, where available to your account. Check current issuance restrictions, physical delivery where relevant and the final app total before paying. These codes do not change an ATM balance display, enable virtual-card cash access, or discount withdrawal and conversion fees. The operator reported both card codes usable on October 27, 2026; this publisher did not perform a fresh checkout-price or ATM test. Read the card-order conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Does an ATM showing zero prove my RedotPay balance is empty?
No. Official guidance says the card does not display its balance at ATMs. Check your actual account balance in the app.
Must I convert crypto before withdrawing cash?
The official physical-card guide says conversion is automatic. You still need adequate crypto and ATM Withdrawals enabled;this does not mean the transaction is fee-free.
Will DZ100 or SAVE2 fix the ATM display?
No. DZ100 and SAVE2 are matching eligible physical/virtual card-order codes at card checkout, not ATM settings or withdrawal-fee discounts.
