Start with the service that bills you
Identify the service and the account that owns the subscription. Match its billing history or receipts to the charge shown in RedotPay. If a receipt identifies a billing platform instead, follow the cancellation instructions for that billed subscription rather than guessing from the card transaction alone.
Sign in directly to the service using a trusted address or app. Open its subscription controls and complete its stated cancellation process. If the controls are missing, ask that merchant's support. This is a practical checklist; the exact screens and terms depend on the service.
Keep evidence of what you cancelled
Save the account/plan reference, cancellation time and confirmation message. Check whether the service says access ends immediately or at a later date, and whether it shows any further renewal. Do not assume pressing a payment-card control proves the subscription is cancelled. A screenshot of a request is not necessarily the merchant's confirmation.
Is freezing the card the same as cancelling?
No. The RedotPay security guide describes a card freeze as blocking new purchases on that card and warns that some declined-payment fees can still apply. It does not describe a card freeze as cancelling a merchant subscription. Use card security controls for their documented purpose and complete cancellation with the merchant separately.
What if I am charged after requesting cancellation?
First check the merchant's cancellation response and the charged billing period. Contact it with the receipt, confirmation and timeline. If it agrees to a refund, keep that written record and see our refund-status guide if the credit has not appeared.
A transaction you authorised is not automatically fraud because you later want to cancel. Official dispute guidance distinguishes authorised renewals from unauthorised charges and consumer disputes. A card network decides a dispute outcome; success is not guaranteed. Ask official support about eligibility, evidence and fees before starting a chargeback, using our dispute guide for context.
What this guide has not tested
We have not cancelled a subscription, obtained a refund or tested a merchant using your account. We cannot promise that a particular cancellation request prevents a pending charge, creates a refund or changes a merchant's billing terms. For a charge you truly do not recognise, use official account support rather than sending private billing records to this publisher.
Where SAVE2 and DZ100 actually apply
SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order; DZ100 is for an eligible physical-card order. Enter the matching code in the promo-code field at card checkout only if the app offers that card and promo field to your account. Check issuance restrictions, physical delivery where relevant, and the final app total before paying. Our operator reported the card codes usable on October 27, 2026; no new checkout amount or transaction test by this publisher is claimed. These codes do not fix a blocked payment, unfreeze a card, cancel a subscription or discount a merchant bill. Do not buy another card merely to troubleshoot an existing one. Read the card-code conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Can RedotPay cancel Netflix or another merchant subscription for me?
Official guidance says merchant subscriptions must be cancelled with the merchant; RedotPay cannot cancel them on your behalf.
Will freezing my card cancel the subscription?
A card freeze is a payment security control, not confirmation that the merchant agreement has ended. Follow the merchant cancellation process.
Do SAVE2 or DZ100 reduce subscription bills?
No. They are matching eligible virtual/physical card-order codes at card checkout, not merchant subscription discounts or cancellation tools.
