Provider permission is separate from the price table
The fee table answers what the issuer publishes for a virtual credential and for a plastic card. Lei n.º 11/24 answers whether a provider needs permission before offering virtual-asset services. A kwanza conversion pitch is not part of either answer.

SAVE2 and DZ100 date from 16 September 2026. The 8 USD and 80 USD figures, at 20% off, are that day's checkout capture. On 26 September the discount was visible again, and no new amount was recorded. On 7 October the site operator reported that the codes were still usable, with no new checkout amount or screenshot. The 10 USD and 100 USD figures are list prices on the fee-table image, not a promotional checkout. The app decides eligibility and the final figure.
Product difference only
The virtual product has no postal step. The physical product adds a delivery step and a higher list price. That comparison does not say an Angola address can complete KYC or receive a card, and it does not describe a Multicaixa or P2P funding path.
Frequently asked questions
Does Lei n.º 3/24 ban every crypto use in Angola?
This page does not use the mining law that way. Lei n.º 11/24 requires prior authorisation or registration for virtual-asset activities and providers. RedotPay's local permission is unknown.
Angola is not on the restriction lists. Are both cards available?
The 7 October 2026 lists do not name Angola. That is not approval of either card, KYC, registration, or physical delivery.
Do the issuer prices include a local funding method?
No. 10 USD and 100 USD are list issuance prices on the 7 October 2026 fee table, which is not a promotional checkout. 8 USD and 80 USD are the 16 September 2026 checkout capture. On 26 September the discount was visible again, and no new amount was recorded. They are not a kwanza conversion guide.
