Check two restrictions

Card eligibility and delivery are not the same. A country may allow account registration or card issuance but still be unavailable for physical-card shipping.

  1. Check RedotPay's current Card Issuance Restrictions.
  2. Check the separate Card Delivery Restrictions.
  3. Confirm the physical-card option and address acceptance inside your app.

Current listed fee

The official Help Center lists a 100 USD physical-card issuance fee.

Confirm the final amount.Twenty percent of 100 USD is 20 USD, but only pay after the app shows the expected RED100 discount. Delivery or other charges may be separate.

Application steps

  1. Open the app and tap Card.
  2. Select Physical card.
  3. Enter billing and shipping addresses in English.
  4. Enter RED100 where the promo field is available.
  5. Confirm the address and final price, then pay.

Address warnings

  • Use accurate country, city, state or province, postal code, and phone information.
  • The cardholder name cannot be changed after issuance according to RedotPay.
  • RedotPay says a paid application cannot be canceled or refunded.
