The official Help Center lists a one-time 10 USD virtual-card issuance fee. RedotPay also says its new-user 5 USDs welcome reward cannot be used toward that fee.

Expected discount is not a guarantee.Twenty percent of 10 USD is 2 USD, but only the final price displayed in your app confirms whether RED10 is currently eligible and applied.

Application steps

  1. Open the RedotPay app and tap Card.
  2. Choose the virtual-card application.
  3. Enter the billing address requested in the app.
  4. Enter RED10 in the available promo-code field.
  5. Confirm the discounted final price, then pay.

Before you pay

  • Payment confirms the application and RedotPay says it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Enter the requested address in English.
  • Use accurate city, region, postal code, and phone details.
  • Make sure the account has enough funds for the final amount.
