A registration notice is not a shipping result
The aviso tells a provider what registration requires. The RedotPay lists say whether the company has named Mozambique. The fee table states issuer prices. None of the three is a metical conversion guide, and none shows a completed RedotPay registration.

The codes date from 16 September 2026. The 8 USD and 80 USD totals, at 20% off, are that day's checkout capture. On 26 September the discount was visible again, and no new amount was recorded. On 7 October the site operator reported that the codes were still usable, with no new checkout amount or screenshot. The 10 USD and 100 USD figures are list prices on the fee-table image, not a promotional checkout. The app decides eligibility and the final figure.
Virtual credential versus plastic
The virtual product stops at issuance in the app. The physical product adds a delivery step and the higher list price. Mozambique's absence from the delivery list does not establish that a parcel can be sent, and the aviso does not establish that RedotPay has registered.
Frequently asked questions
Does Aviso n.º 4/GBM/2023 mean RedotPay is registered in Mozambique?
No. It requires prior registration and, for a foreign provider, addresses a local representative. This page does not find a RedotPay registration.
Mozambique is not on the three lists. Are both cards available?
The 7 October 2026 lists do not name Mozambique. That does not approve either card, KYC, registration, or physical delivery.
Is the fee table a metical funding guide?
No. It records issuer list prices of 10 USD and 100 USD on the 7 October 2026 image, which is not a promotional checkout. 8 USD and 80 USD are the 16 September 2026 checkout capture. On 26 September the discount was visible again, and no new amount was recorded. It does not explain how to convert meticais.
