What Google Wallet availability does and does not mean
Google lists Google Wallet and tap-to-pay availability for Pakistan. Whether a specific card can be added is a separate decision that can depend on the issuer, the device, the Google account, and current Google Wallet rules.
Check the device and Google Wallet first
- Use a compatible device with NFC enabled if you intend to use tap to pay.
- Open the current Google Wallet app and confirm that adding a payment card is available for your device and Google account.
- Read the current Google Wallet requirements and any message shown in the app before changing card settings.
- Do not use a VPN, a different country setting, or an account with false identity or address details to bypass an eligibility message.
Check the RedotPay card and matching real details
- Confirm the card is activated and not frozen.
- Use your real name and billing address, and make sure they match the card and the Google account details requested.
- If the card is newly activated, allow time for the card information to synchronize before trying again.
- Follow RedotPay's current Google Pay linking instructions for the card type you hold.
- Do not assume that adding a card to a wallet guarantees a successful payment at every merchant or service.
When to stop retrying and contact support
If Google Wallet shows “card not supported”, “regional eligibility”, or a similar message, record the wording exactly along with the time and a screenshot if possible. Contact the official support named by the message, and use RedotPay's official in-app support for card-side checks.
Do not repeat the same attempt rapidly. Repeated attempts can trigger security checks and do not turn an ineligible card into an eligible one.
Keep the next check specific to the problem
If you need a card for an online payment rather than a wallet, use the card-payment-declined guide. For the virtual-card application flow, see the virtual-card guide. For a card-order code and final-price checks, see the Promo Code hub.
