Licence question, then the issuer price table
A 2018 banking circular is not the current statute and is not used here as a permanent ban on all crypto. The 2026 Act is a licensing law. Unknown licence status is not the same thing as a published RedotPay block, and a missing name is not approval to order either card.
| Check | Virtual card | Physical card |
|---|---|---|
| List issuance on the 7 October fee table | 10 USD | 100 USD |
| Code, only if a checkout applies it | SAVE2 | DZ100 |
| 16 September 2026 checkout capture | 8 USD, 20% off | 80 USD, 20% off |
| 26 September 2026 | Discount visible again. No new amount recorded. | Discount visible again. No new amount recorded. |
| 7 October 2026 operator report | SAVE2 still usable. No new checkout amount or screenshot. | DZ100 still usable. No new checkout amount or screenshot. |
| Pakistan on the 7 October lists | Not named. Registration and KYC unknown. | Not named. Delivery not approved. |
The codes date from 16 September 2026. The 8 USD and 80 USD totals, at 20% off, are that day's checkout capture. On 26 September the discount was visible again, and no new amount was recorded. On 7 October the site operator reported that the codes were still usable, with no new checkout amount or screenshot. The 10 USD and 100 USD figures are list prices on the fee-table image, not a promotional checkout. The app decides eligibility and the final figure. This page does not recommend a code or a crypto funding method.
How the two products differ
The virtual product has no postal step. The physical product is a separate order with a higher list price and a delivery step. Use that only as a product distinction. It does not say a Pakistan address can be billed, verified, or shipped to.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Virtual Assets Act, 2026 approve RedotPay in Pakistan?
No. Section 50 requires a local licence for covered services in or from Pakistan. This page does not find that RedotPay holds one. The Act is not a claim that the 2018 circular still bans every crypto activity.
Pakistan is not on the three lists. Are both cards available?
Not on this evidence. Absence on 7 October 2026 does not approve either card, KYC, registration, or physical delivery.
What do the 8 USD and 80 USD figures mean?
They are the 16 September 2026 checkout capture for SAVE2 and DZ100, at 20% off the list prices of 10 USD and 100 USD. On 26 September the discount was visible again, and no new amount was recorded. The 7 October fee table is the list price, not a promotional checkout. They are not a Pakistan order instruction.
