Document quality checklist
- Use an unexpired document; RedotPay advises at least three months of remaining validity.
- Show the complete document without cropping.
- Avoid glare, blur, shadows, and covered details.
- Confirm the app read your name, birth date, nationality, and ID number correctly.
Document types can vary
Passports, identity cards, and driver's licenses are examples in RedotPay's official guidance, but availability depends on the issuing country and what the app offers. RedotPay says residence permits are generally not supported. Do not submit a type that is absent from your verification screen.
Avoid duplicate KYC
Use one identity and one active account.RedotPay says each identity can be linked to only one account. If you already submitted KYC elsewhere or receive repeated declines, contact official support instead of creating another account.
