Four checks, not one

  1. Registration and KYCThe unsupported-country list controls whether certain citizens can complete identity verification and use RedotPay services.
  2. Virtual-card issuanceThe card-issuance restriction list controls eligibility for virtual and physical cards and billing addresses.
  3. Physical-card deliveryThe delivery list adds locations where shipping is unavailable even when issuance is otherwise open.
  4. P2P / local currencyP2P country and currency availability is shown in the app and can change. Help Center lists 100+ P2P countries; always confirm locally before relying on a specific currency.

Egypt and India: physical delivery limits

Egypt and India are not named on the unsupported-country or card-issuance restriction pages in this review, but both appear on the official Card Delivery Restrictions list (rechecked August 20, 2026). Treat physical-card shipping as unavailable for those destinations unless the app later shows otherwise.

For India, partner guidance also notes a special registration path (selecting the residence option shown in the app, often described as an “other country” flow) and virtual-card use with a real, eligible billing address. Do not invent or reuse someone else’s address. Final eligibility remains with the app.

Prepare for KYC separately

Before you start, prepare your legal name, date of birth, current address, a valid government-issued ID offered in the app, and a live facial scan. RedotPay shows the accepted document types for your country inside the app during verification. Generally accepted: passport, national ID, driver's license. Residence permits are generally not accepted. See the accepted-documents guide for a practical checklist.

How to verify your country

  1. Open each official restriction page linked in the sources.
  2. Check your citizenship and residence details as applicable.
  3. Start KYC and confirm the requested country and document options in the app.
  4. Check the Card section for the desired card type.
  5. For a physical card, confirm your shipping address is accepted before payment.
  6. If you need P2P, open P2P in the app and confirm the local currency and payment methods shown for your account.

Why lists can differ

Registration, payment-network issuance, logistics, and P2P rails are different systems. Regulatory restrictions may affect account access, card-network rules may affect card issuance, customs or logistics may affect physical delivery, and local payment coverage may affect P2P.
