Most common causes

  • You are under 18.
  • Your country or region is not supported.
  • Your identity is already connected to another RedotPay account.
  • Your name, birth date, or ID number does not match the document.
  • The document type is unsupported, expired, blurry, cropped, or reflective.

Fix the document submission

  1. Use a document shown as accepted inside the verification page.
  2. Enter every detail exactly as printed, including name order.
  3. Photograph the entire document in good light with no blur or glare.
  4. Use a document that is valid and, according to RedotPay, has at least three months remaining.

Fix facial recognition

Remove glasses, hats, and masks. Center your face in a well-lit place and complete a live scan, not a photo or recorded video.

Do not create another account.RedotPay limits one identity to one active account. For repeated declines, data-reading errors, or duplicate-account issues, contact official support and request help or a reset.
