Where do I change the billing address in the app?
- Open the RedotPay app and go to [Card].
- Tap [Settings].
- Choose [Change billing address].
- Enter your new address and tap [Save].
The change-address article stops at Save. It does not describe a review screen, a waiting period, or a case where the button is missing. If you do not see [Change billing address], confirm in the app.
Application steps for an address the app accepts are on virtual card and physical card. Those guides are not a way around the issuance list below.
What rules does the address have to follow?
The virtual-card Help Center notes, which also cover the address you enter, say:
- Both billing and shipping addresses must be entered in English.
- City, state or province, and postal code must match the country you select.
- Include a valid phone number.
- The cardholder name on your billing address is printed on the back of the card and cannot be changed after issuance.
Enter your own real address. Do not use someone else's address. The cardholder name on that address is what gets printed on the back, and it cannot be changed after issuance. The change-address article does not say that tapping Save rewrites a name already printed on a card you hold. Confirm in the app before you treat Save as a name change.
Which regions cannot be registered as a billing address?
As rechecked on 28 September 2026, RedotPay's Card Issuance Restrictions article says services are unavailable in the regions below because of global sanctions and card-network restrictions.
