What the two products are, without an Algeria order

A virtual card and a physical card are separate issuer products. The virtual product has no postal step. The physical product has its own issuance price and a delivery step. Neither fact is a finding that an Algeria address can be registered, that KYC will pass, or that a parcel can be shipped.

List prices from the 7 October 2026 fee-table image, which is not a promotional checkout. The 8 USD and 80 USD amounts are the 16 September 2026 checkout capture. Not an Algeria availability or delivery result.

SAVE2 and DZ100 have been the issuer codes since 16 September 2026. The 8 USD and 80 USD amounts, at 20% off, are that day's checkout capture. On 26 September the discount was visible again, and no new amount was recorded. On 7 October the site operator reported that both codes were still usable, with no new checkout amount or screenshot. The 10 USD and 100 USD figures are list prices on the fee-table image, not a promotional checkout. The app decides eligibility and the final figure. This table is not an instruction to register, buy crypto, or run a dinar trade.

What this comparison will not do

  • It will not explain how to buy, hold, use, or promote a virtual asset from Algeria.
  • It will not treat a missing name on a RedotPay list as legal permission or as KYC and delivery approval.
  • It will not choose a card type for an Algeria address.

Frequently asked questions

Does missing Algeria on RedotPay's lists mean both cards are available?

No. On 7 October 2026 Algeria was not named on the three lists. That is not approval of a virtual card, a physical card, KYC, or delivery, and it does not displace Law 25-10 Article 6 bis.

Does RedotPay deliver a physical card to Algeria?

The 7 October delivery list does not name Algeria. Absence from that list is not a finding that shipping is available. Article 6 bis is the prior legal constraint this page is following.

Can the issuer fee table be read as permission to order?

No. The 10 USD and 100 USD figures are the issuer's published list prices on the 7 October 2026 fee table. The 8 USD and 80 USD figures are the 16 September 2026 checkout capture. On 26 September the discount was visible again, and no new amount was recorded. They are not an Algeria order path.
