Regulation is not the same as a card result
Use the Act to see who supervises virtual-asset service providers. Use the fee table only for the issuer's published prices. Do not read either source as a creator-payout or naira funding guide.
| Check | Virtual card | Physical card |
|---|---|---|
| List issuance on the 7 October fee table | 10 USD | 100 USD |
| Code, only if a checkout applies it | SAVE2 | DZ100 |

| 26 September 2026 | Discount visible again. No new amount recorded. | Discount visible again. No new amount recorded. |
| 7 October 2026 operator report | SAVE2 still usable. No new checkout amount or screenshot. | DZ100 still usable. No new checkout amount or screenshot. |
| Nigeria on the 7 October lists | Not named. Registration and KYC unknown. | Not named. Delivery not approved. |
The codes date from 16 September 2026. The 8 USD and 80 USD totals, at 20% off, are that day's checkout capture. On 26 September the discount was visible again, and no new amount was recorded. On 7 October the site operator reported that the codes were still usable, with no new checkout amount or screenshot. The 10 USD and 100 USD figures are list prices on the fee-table image, not a promotional checkout. The app decides eligibility and the final figure.
What the product split does not decide
A virtual card has no postal step. A physical card is a separate order with a delivery step. Nigeria's absence from the lists does not choose one of those products, and it does not show that SEC registration has been granted to RedotPay.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Investments and Securities Act, 2025 mean RedotPay is approved in Nigeria?
No. The Act regulates virtual and digital asset exchanges and service providers through the SEC. This page does not find a RedotPay approval.
Nigeria is not named on the three lists. Can I order both cards?
The 7 October 2026 lists do not name Nigeria. That does not approve both cards, or either card, and it does not approve KYC or delivery.
Are SAVE2 and DZ100 a Nigeria discount measured on 7 October?
No. The 20% amounts, 10 USD to 8 USD and 100 USD to 80 USD, are the 16 September 2026 checkout capture. On 26 September the discount was visible again, and no new amount was recorded. On 7 October the site operator reported that the codes were still usable, with no new checkout amount or screenshot. The 7 October fee table is the list price, not that capture.
