If your account is locked
For security, RedotPay temporarily locks the account after five consecutive incorrect password attempts. You should see an on-screen message and receive an alert at your registered email.
- The lock lasts 24 hours and then unlocks automatically.
- Your RedotPay card stays active during the lock, so normal card spending can continue.
- When you can pass verification, you may also use Forgot password to reset once verification succeeds.
