Check the live minimum and network fee before confirming

RedotPay does not publish one minimum that applies to every withdrawal. Its guidance says each crypto and network has its own minimum and that the current amount is shown on the withdrawal screen before you confirm. A withdrawal below that displayed minimum will not go through. Do not rely on an old screenshot or a number quoted for a different asset or network.

The same guidance says your balance must also cover the network fee. Before proceeding, review the amount, any fee and the final confirmation details shown in the app. This guide does not calculate a fee or promise that a particular balance is enough for your account.

Match the asset, network and destination address

  1. Open the on-chain withdrawal flowRedotPay documents More → Withdraw → Withdraw on-chain.
  2. Select the crypto and networkUse the exact pair you intend to send.
  3. Check the receiving walletGet a deposit address for that same crypto and network from the destination platform.
  4. Review before submissionCompare the destination address and the app's amount, minimum and fee, then complete the verification requested by the app.

Use the status to tell review from blockchain confirmation

To find a withdrawal, open More → Withdraw and tap the list icon in the top-right corner. RedotPay describes Pending review as a security check that usually completes within two hours but can take up to 24 hours in some cases. Wallet processing means the check is complete and the withdrawal is being sent on-chain; network conditions can extend this stage.

Completed means RedotPay has sent the withdrawal to the blockchain. Open the transaction details and use the TxID to track it. The separate timing article says arrival after processing depends on blockchain confirmations, so “Completed” is not a guaranteed instant credit at the destination.

Treat published processing windows as estimates, not an arrival promise

RedotPay's timing guide says most withdrawals are processed within one to two hours during Monday–Friday, 9:30–18:30 UTC+8. Outside those hours, on weekends and on public holidays, its stated processing estimate is up to 24 hours. It separately says blockchain confirmation time after processing is outside its control. Check the current status and TxID rather than adding those separate stages into a promised delivery deadline.

Card-order promo codes do not reduce an on-chain withdrawal fee

SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order; DZ100 is for an eligible physical-card order. Enter the matching code in the promo field at card checkout only when the app offers that card and field to your account, and check current conditions and the final app total. These card-order codes do not lower an on-chain withdrawal minimum or network fee. The operator reported card-code usability on October 27, 2026; this publisher did not run a new checkout test. Read the card-order code conditions.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum RedotPay crypto withdrawal?

It varies by crypto and network. RedotPay says the current minimum appears on the withdrawal screen before confirmation; check the selected pair in your app rather than using a fixed amount from another page.

Does meeting the minimum mean my balance is enough?

Not necessarily. RedotPay also says your balance must cover the network fee. Review any fee and the final details shown in the app before confirming.

What does Completed mean for a crypto withdrawal?

RedotPay says it has sent the withdrawal to the blockchain. Use the transaction's TxID to track it; arrival at the destination still depends on network confirmations.

Can SAVE2 or DZ100 lower a withdrawal fee?

No. SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order and DZ100 for an eligible physical-card order, entered in the matching card-checkout promo field under current conditions. They do not reduce crypto withdrawal minimums or network fees.
