Five checks before contacting support

  1. Transaction statusConfirm the withdrawal is completed on the sending wallet or exchange.
  2. AssetThe coin sent must match the coin selected on RedotPay's Deposit screen.
  3. NetworkThe sending network must exactly match a network currently listed for that asset.
  4. AddressCompare the full destination address and any required memo or tag.
  5. MinimumThe amount received after network fees must meet the live minimum.

If the amount was below the minimum

RedotPay says an amount below the current minimum is not credited. Its official guidance says a later deposit of the same asset on the same network that meets the minimum may allow the amounts to be combined. Confirm the current rule in the app before sending again.

If the coin or network was wrong

Recovery is not guaranteed and may involve a handling fee. Contact official RedotPay customer service and prepare the deposit address, network used, amount and coin, TXID or hash, and a screenshot of the sending platform's completed withdrawal.

Do not pay a recovery fee to a stranger.Only follow payment instructions delivered through verified RedotPay support channels.

Prevent the next missing deposit

Open RedotPay's live Deposit screen first, choose the asset and network there, and then match those values on the sender. Check the address again and consider a small test transfer when appropriate.
