Safe deposit sequence
- Select the assetChoose the cryptocurrency inside RedotPay first.
- Select the networkUse only a network listed for that asset on the Deposit screen.
- Copy the addressCopy the displayed deposit address or scan its QR code.
- Match the senderChoose the same asset and network on the wallet or exchange sending the funds.
- Verify and sendCheck the address, network, minimum amount, and fee before confirming.
The asset and network must match
A network label alone is not enough. RedotPay's example explains that an address selected for USDT on a network accepts USDT for that selection, not the network's native coin.
A wrong asset or network can cause loss.On-chain transfers are difficult or sometimes impossible to recover. Use the live Deposit screen as the final source and consider a small test transfer when appropriate.
Check the current minimum
RedotPay says supported assets, networks, and minimum deposits can change. The amount received after network fees must meet the minimum shown in the app or it may not be credited. Do not rely on an old screenshot or an amount quoted by another website.
Before ordering a card
Wait until the deposit is credited and the available balance covers the final card price. Then open the Card section, choose virtual or physical, apply the matching promo code, and confirm the discount before paying.
