What official lists say (and what they do not)

As rechecked on August 21, 2026:

  • India is not named on the official Unsupported Countries/Regions page.
  • India is not named on the official Card Issuance Restrictions page (residents of listed areas are ineligible for virtual and physical cards and cannot use those locations as billing addresses).
  • India is named on the official Card Delivery Restrictions page—physical card shipping to India is not available.

None of those three pages publish the in-app string “Other Country.” Treat partner GEO notes as operational hints for the picker UI, not as a Help Center quote.

Step-by-step: register when India is not listed

  1. Open the registration linkUse the registration link on this guide so you start in the official RedotPay flow. Create only one account for yourself.
  2. Enter email and verificationUse an email you control. Complete email verification and set your password as the app instructs.
  3. Choose residence / country as shown in the appIf India is not listed by name, select the residence option the app presents for users in your situation. Partner GEO materials often call this an “other country” style choice—match whatever label your build shows. Do not pick a random third country to “trick” the system.
  4. Referral field only for invite codesIf you have a separate referral / invite code, enter it only in Referral code (Optional) during sign-up. RED10 / RED100 are card-order promo codes—not registration codes.
  5. Finish KYC with your own documentsOpen identity verification. Use the document types the app shows. Generally accepted: passport, national ID, driving license. Residence permits are generally not accepted. Use originals.
  6. Open a virtual card with RED10When Card is available, apply for a virtual card. Enter a real billing address the app accepts. Apply RED10 at checkout and confirm the discounted total before paying. Do not plan on physical delivery to India.

What not to do

  • Do not invent, borrow, or reuse someone else’s address or identity.
  • Do not treat a partner description of “other country” as a license to claim you live in a random listed country.
  • Do not pay for a physical card expecting delivery to an Indian address—India is on the official Card Delivery Restrictions list.
  • Do not enter RED10 in the registration referral field.
  • Do not create multiple accounts after a KYC decline; use official in-app support with the exact error message.

After registration: fees to expect

Official Help Center fee figures: virtual card application $10.00 (with RED10 20% off → target $8.00 if applied); account maintenance waived; crypto conversion / transaction fee 1.00% (example: $20.00 spend → $20.20); non-default currency 1.20%. Confirm every amount in the app.

Frequently asked questions

Does the official Help Center say to select Other Country for India?

No. The official Unsupported Countries/Regions and Card Issuance Restrictions pages reviewed on August 21, 2026 do not publish that UI label. Partner GEO guidance describes an in-app residence path when India is not named—confirm the exact option in your app.

Is RedotPay available to register from India?

In this August 21, 2026 review, India is not named on the unsupported-country or card-issuance restriction pages. Final approval still depends on the app and KYC.

Can I use a fake foreign address to get a physical card?

No. Use only real, eligible details the app accepts. Physical delivery to India is not available per the official Card Delivery Restrictions page.

Which promo code should India users use after registering?

Use RED10 for a virtual-card order at card checkout. Physical delivery to India is not available, so do not plan on RED100 for a shipped physical card to India.
