Which operation are you trying to complete?

  • Receive an incoming transfer: PayPal is the sending platform and the RedotPay card is selected as recipient where the providers allow it.
  • Pay through PayPal: a linked card is used as a payment method for a purchase. This does not create a withdrawal entitlement.
  • Send cash using the card: RedotPay says the card cannot fund cash-transfer services such as Wise, Skrill or Revolut. Incoming transfer support does not reverse that restriction.

Check the direction of the money first. Do not treat card details as universal bank-account details, or a supported card network as approval for every transfer product.

Before attempting a PayPal-to-card transfer

  1. Check the transfer or withdrawal options actually offered inside your own PayPal account.
  2. If the RedotPay card is offered as an eligible destination, review the recipient, settlement amount, currency and charges shown by both services.
  3. Read any country or account restriction before confirming; if the destination is absent or rejected, ask the providers rather than entering false personal details.
  4. Keep the transfer reference and confirmation. A pending transfer is not an available balance.

RedotPay’s announcement does not provide a complete country-by-country eligibility table. This page cannot certify support for a particular resident, card or PayPal account.

Why old fee examples can be misleading

The official announcement combines a published standard transfer fee with a limited offer that ended in May 2025. Its article date does not renew that offer. Do not use an old reduced rate as today’s price. Review PayPal’s withdrawal/conversion charges and RedotPay’s current transfer charges separately; stop if you cannot establish the total cost. This guide supplies no current checkout quote.

The card will not link: checks before retrying

New cards may take time to synchronize with external platforms. RedotPay advises waiting rather than making repeated attempts; check that the name and billing address match the genuine details held by both providers. Successful linking still does not prove incoming-transfer eligibility. See wallet linking for the broader troubleshooting route.

What does Pending mean?

For this incoming-transfer feature, RedotPay describes Pending as received funds still being processed for credit. Keep the reference, amount and time, check the sending platform’s status, and contact official support if the status is unclear. Do not submit another transfer merely to clear a pending one. Card-purchase refunds and on-chain deposits follow different processes: use refund help or deposit help for those cases.

RedotPay promo codes: card orders only

SAVE2 — Virtual-card order. DZ100 — Physical-card order.

These are this site's card-order promo codes. They do not add funds, claim a gift, reduce a PayPal transfer fee or discount a Netflix subscription. The last operator confirmation was October 7, 2026; this section is not a new checkout test. Check your eligibility and final total in the app before a permitted order.

Frequently asked questions

Does SAVE2 discount a PayPal transfer?

No. SAVE2 is for an eligible virtual-card order and DZ100 for a physical-card order at RedotPay card checkout. They do not reduce PayPal transfer or currency-conversion fees. Verify the final card price in the app.

Does linking RedotPay to PayPal prove I can withdraw to it?

No. Linking a purchase payment method and receiving a transfer are different operations. Availability depends on both providers and the account’s region.

Is the May discounted transfer fee still current?

The offer in that announcement ended in May 2025. Check current charges before confirming; this guide has no new checkout quote.

Can I use fake billing details to enable a transfer?

No. Use your genuine details and ask the providers if the destination or country is unsupported.
