Are RED10 and RED100 still working?
Yes, as last tested on 24 August 2026. RED10 was applied to a real in-app virtual-card order and took the price from $10.00 to $8.00; RED100 took a physical-card order from $100.00 to $80.00. Both discounts appeared on the checkout screen before payment.
As of that date, RED10 has been redeemed 8,023 times and RED100 1,287 times in our RedotPay partner dashboard.
So if your discount is not showing, the cause is almost always one of the four layers below rather than a dead code. Start with card type — mixing up RED10 and RED100 is by far the most common reason a RedotPay promo code does not work.
Layer 1: Input and card type
- Virtual card: enter RED10.
- Physical card: enter RED100.
- Remove spaces before or after the code.
- Do not substitute another website's referral or promo code.
- Confirm you selected the same card type the code belongs to.
Layer 2: Correct step in the flow
These are card-order promo codes, not registration referral codes. Complete registration and identity verification first, then use the matching code while applying for the card.
RedotPay's official referral documentation says referral codes belong to registration and cannot be added to an account later. That rule is separate from a card-order promotion.
Layer 3: App result before payment
- Stop before payment.
- Confirm you selected the intended virtual or physical card.
- Check the spelling and try the code once more.
- Update or reopen the RedotPay app.
- Only continue if the expected discount is visible in the final amount.
Layer 4: Official support
If the discount is still missing, take a screenshot of the code field and final price, then contact official RedotPay support inside the app. Do not rely on third-party workarounds.
Frequently asked questions
I entered RED10 on a physical card. Why did it fail?
RED10 is for a virtual-card order. For a physical card, use RED100 instead, then confirm the final price in the app.
Where should I enter a card promo code?
Enter the matching code during the virtual-card or physical-card application flow after registration and identity verification, not in the registration referral field.
Can a missing referral code stop my card promo?
Referral and card promo codes are different fields used at different stages. A missed referral code cannot be added after registration. Whether a card promo is available, and whether it changes the final price, must be confirmed separately in the app.
Should I pay and hope the discount appears later?
No. Stop before payment if the expected discount is missing. Recheck the code and card type, then contact official support with screenshots if needed.
Where do I go if I still need the correct code?
Use the Promo code hub to choose RED10 or RED100 by card type, then return here only for discount troubleshooting.
