These are card-order promo codes, not registration referral codes. Complete registration and identity verification first, then use the matching code while applying for the card.
RedotPay's official referral documentation says referral codes belong to registration and cannot be added to an account later. That rule is separate from a card-order promotion.
If the price does not change
- Stop before payment.
- Confirm you selected the intended virtual or physical card.
- Check the spelling and try the code once more.
- Update or reopen the RedotPay app.
- Take a screenshot of the code field and final price, then contact official RedotPay support if the discount is still missing.
