Where can I use a RedotPay virtual card?

How do I pay online with RedotPay?

  1. Open the merchant checkoutChoose card payment on a site that accepts your card's network.
  2. Enter the card details from the RedotPay appUse the number, expiry, and security code shown for the card you want to spend from — virtual or physical both support online payments.
  3. Or pay through a linked walletIf you already added the card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, select that wallet at checkout instead of typing the number.

If the website payment fails, RedotPay says to open the app and check the transaction page for an error message. If you see an error, take a screenshot and contact RedotPay support. If there is no transaction record, the payment was most likely declined on the merchant's side — contact the merchant directly.

How do I pay in store with a physical card?

For in-store payments, official guidance says to use your physical RedotPay card at checkout terminals. The same physical card also supports:

  • All of the online options listed for the virtual card
  • ATM withdrawals at any ATM that accepts major card networks

What if a merchant will not accept my RedotPay card?

RedotPay lists three common reasons a merchant might decline the card:

  • They do not accept your card's network.
  • The payment system they use may block the transaction for security reasons.
  • RedotPay may restrict the transaction to protect your account.
